Reopening from 12/04/2021 in line with Government Guidance.  




Below are the measures that will be taken upon reopening.


*By appointment only - No Walk Ins

*You must state which treatments you want upon booking - I will not be able to add any treatments on on the day

*You must attend your appointment ALONE - the only exception to this is if you are accompanying a minor (under 18) to their appointment

*Contactless payment is preferred 

*Cancellation fees will be wavered if you cancel on short notice due to suspected COVID-19 - if you cancel for suspected COVID-19 you will not be able to rebook for 14 days (or the current isolation period at the given time)

*Please contact me in confidence if you have tested positive for COVID-19, as you will require a repeat patch test for the following treatments: Eyelash and Eyebrow Tinting, HD Brows, LVL Lashes 

*If you have received a COVID-19 Vaccination, you will be required to have another patch test. Please wait two weeks post vaccination before arranging your patch test

*I shall wear a mask, face shield, gloves and an apron for all appointments

*You will be required to wear a mask where possible, you may bring your own or I will have disposable masks available at a small fee if you don't have your own

*I will be taking less appointments in each day to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitisation between clients

*There will be no blankets, bed warmer or duvet. Towels only, which will be changed between each client and laundered at 60 Degrees

*Due to the increased level of laundry, there will be a limit on the amount of Facials and Body Treatments that I can offer in a day

*I will not be offering any beverages at this time - Please feel free to bring your own

*Please do not bring food into the salon 

*I will be asking clients to arrive no more that 5 minutes early to appointments

*I will also be asking for you to call when you are outside so that I can come down and collect you for your appointment - I will also see you out of the premises to limit your contact to surfaces

*Where possible, single use items will be implemented 

*You will be required to sign a form to say that you don't have/haven't come into contact with anyone who is showing COVID-19 Symptoms or anyone who has travelled or is self isolating 

*You must notify me if you start to develop any symptoms post appointment - I will also notify you if this is the case for myself

*Please be aware as per Government Guidelines NHS Track and Trace will be implemented where necessary

*You will be required to wash your hands before and after treatments - I will also be doing the same 

*Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the duration of your treatment

*All equipment and tools will be cleaned and sanitised in accordance with updated hygiene standards - I have taken multiple courses to ensure I am fully update with the most recent guidelines

*The following treatments will remain unavailable for the immediate future: Hot Stone Massage - Luxury Manicure and Pedicure will only be available with Heated Boots and Mitts

If you have a Gift Voucher for any of the treatments that are currently unavailable, you can swap for a treatment that is available or wait until the treatment become available. I cannot give any time frame for this. Do not worry if waiting causes your voucher to be out of date, I will still honour it. This will ONLY be the case for vouchers purchased before or during lockdown. 

Lastly I want to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for your support and your lovely messages that I have been receiving over the last year. I will be keeping you all informed and updated as soon as I receive updated information.
