TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Please be aware I don't have a receptionist - please leave me a message and I will get back to you at my earliest convenience.

  • Gift Vouchers are available and are valid for 6 months. Orders can be placed by phone and we can the arrange a convenient time for you to collect the voucher and make payment or I can post Gift Vouchers out to you. I accept no liability for lost/stolen Gift Vouchers.

  • Gift Vouchers will not be posted until payment has been made.

  • A consultation begins each treatment, this is to get to know you and your lifestyle, this helps me determine what/if the treatment is suitable.

  • Please ensure that all information given is correct at the time of treatment and update accordingly if any medical conditions/medications change. This includes new vaccinations of any kind. 

  • Sometimes, if a treatment isn't recommended, an alternative treatment will be offered with a 10% discount.

  • IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL: 48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED. Please find a copy of my cancellation policy below.

  • IF I HAVE TO CANCEL: Every effort will be made to reschedule your appointment, with a 10% discount for the inconvenience caused. 

  • The following treatments require patch tests: Eyelash Tinting, Eyebrow Tinting, LVL Lashes and HD Brows 48 Hours or more prior to your appointment. If you fail to attend the patch test appointment, the treatment will not be carried out and 50% of the treatment cost will be required. 

  • HD Brows can go ahead without the patch test, however the tint will be omitted from the treatment.

  • If you have had any of the above treatments done at another salon, I still need to do a patch test. I may use different products than the other salon and you can develop an allergy to a product at anytime. I know coming in for patch tests can seem time consuming and unnecessary, but please understand I have your best interests in mind.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all appointments valued at £20 and above a 30% deposit is required to secure the appointment. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking the appointment or you will lose the appointment slot. 

If you cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours' notice you may forfeit the 30% deposit paid. 

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide 24 hours' notice or you may be charged a second deposit for the rearranged appointment.

If you cancel with less than two hours notice or you NO SHOW an appointment, a 50% deposit will be required to sequre all future appointments, regardless of appointment value.
